Tor reveals second single ‘Riverline’ along with music video

The third album form Tor Sjogren is en route. Known mononymously as Tor, the Vancouver-based producer has been closely tied to Emancipator’s Loci Records label for his debut and sophomore albums, 2012’s Drum Therapy and 2016’s Blue Book, but for Oasis Sky, slated for an April 30 release, Sjogren strikes out on his own with his Eleuthera Music.

In anticipation, Tor has revealed two singles. The first, “Foxglove,” plays into the floral theme of the album, and the second, “Riverline,” gets a psychedelic light show courtesy of video auteur Charlie Keeper. You can imagine that the producer who has been tapped to remix Odesza, Rufus du Sol, and Frameworks among many others is keeping his tools sharp even despite the lack of shows. But you don’t have to imagine, just listen to the tune. It’s brilliant, of course.
