It’s been a challenging month. I’ve been allowing people’s opinions to get the better of me and letting their doubt become my doubt. I started having thoughts like ‘what if I’m just wasting my life’ and feeling unsure of myself but you know what? I allowed myself to have a pity party for myself and now I’m back in the game! No-one is going to make me question my future and what I should be doing. Yeah, I didn’t finish uni, so what? I had my reasons for it and I’m STILL doing exactly what I planned to do. Don’t get …

Mr Jigga man

I went to Wireless Festival!!!!This was my first ever festival so I was so excited. I even goggled festival attire so I could look the part. I ended up wearing shorts (not the booty ones, I don’t think the shorts would survive) an Aztec top, converse. Tried to find feathers but I think Fergie ate them so wore a flower instead. I had so much fun though. Got given free drinks from Malibu…

Some can hold it flat, some cant, the ones that cant need to stretch it. Here how you can stretch …

With practice you can start a 1990/2000, windmill, flare, headspin etcetera from this move. If you focus you can learn this one on your first day, most people do.

Marlon: The Starving Artist, The Truthful Man

Posted on:

This blog takes us back to May of 2001. I was a young bboy looking forward to seeing his favorite crew (HaviKORO) compete at Pro-Am 2001. Waiting at the Ramada hotel lobby for the event to start, a famous bboy came to my table and decided to sit down and chill with me. That bboy was Marlon of HaviKORO. I was a fan of his after seeing footage of Freestyle Session 5 and the Flavor to Burn/Bboy City tapes. As Marlon and I started conversing, I realize he was a cool down-to-earth guy, very humble and easy going (In FL, all the famous bboys I hmet acted big-…
