Jacquees has admitted that he has regrets over getting into a fight with Trey Songz, but denies ever having gotten beaten up.
The Georgia-born singer spoke about the incident with Akademiks on Tuesday (October 1).
Jacquees was asked by Ak why he admitted that Trey Songz “whipped” his ass.
The “You” singer said: “First of all, my n-gga, Trey Songz is my brother. That’s my big brother. I love him to life … We got in a fight. I went online, bro, because I was hurt. That was our first fight … Hurt because I have been around Trey since I was 15, 16. I never expected us to ever fight, physically. Verbally is different.”
Akademiks then asked Jacquees to detail the fight. The “B.E.D.” rapper added: ” I won. I won … The internet shit was some bullshit.”
Finally he conceded: “It was a tie.”
Ak said it was impossible for him to win because he was “counting the dreads” that had come out of his head.
Jacquees added: “Bro pulled my dreads out, right? That’s my brother, like I said. Imma always. acknowledge him as my brother. He didn’t beat the dreads out of shit … When I got my dreads and they not twisted, if you pull my hair, they might yank out ‘cus they not tight to the roots. He pulled my hair for sure.”
Jacquees concluded: “I should have never gotten on the internet.” He regretted the fight, and took issue with how hen handled it, but remained adamant that he never got beaten up.

Back in February, the two got into a fight while in Dubai, with Jacquees having confirmed the incident in a lengthy video.
In a clip posted to Instagram, the R&B singer launched into a tirade aimed at Songz.
“I want the world to know this bitch ass n-gga Trey Songz is a bitch, period,” he said. “This n-gga came in the club talking about rape. The fuck you talking about rape for, Bitch ass n-gga? Then you come outside THE CLUB and swing on your little brother. You’s a bitch. Chris Brown the G.O.A.T.”
“About a bitch that ain’t even my bitch? You talking about bitches that’s with these n-ggas? The workers?” he continued while turning his camera to a group of people wearing suits.
“Aye man, fuck you, bitch ass n-gga. You a rapist, bitch. And I don’t give a fuck if you tell anybody anything about what we texted. Put the messages on there — fuck you, bitch ass n-gga. You can never come around me.”
Jacquees also posted and then deleted a picture of some of his dreadlocks on the floor, accusing Trey Songz of pulling them out during the fight.
