UPS workers deliver and manage more than just packages!
During the day, Dave can be seen training new UPS drivers in the brown truck wearing those famous brown shorts delivering packages throughout the Los Angeleles and Hollywood, CA area and by night this blue collar UPS worker can be seen rocking the stage at the popular nightclubs throughout Southern California. Dave Sotomayor, whose stage name is Just Dave or Dave Da Hustla, wears many hats. He is a renowned singer/songwriter, producer, engineer, MC and overall entertainer all the while holding down a 9 to 5 job at UPS.
Dave shares the stage with his music partner, singer/songwriter and actress Shaunice Maddoz who goes by the stage name of Misty Blue who resides in Los Angeles, CA. Their music is a combination of soulful, hip-hop with melodic hooks and heartfelt emotional lyrics. On their new single “Love Song” Misty Blue cuts through the track with her buttery vocals while Dave brings the soul to the track dropping them bars.
