I used to listen to Conor Oberst much more than I do now. From age 15 to maybe 17, back when I thought Oberst to be some sort of modern day Shakespeare, those Bright Eyes albums (especially Fevers & Mirrors and Digital Ash in a Digital Urn) got a lot plays.
