“The Naked Emperor” by Edward von Lõngus in Tallinn, the capital of Estonia. A modern illustration to the well known story of Emperor whose clothes turned out to be the figment of collective imagination. This piece reflects on the hypocriticism of political culture and works as reminder that under their suit every politician is naked. http://evl-genius.blogspot.com https://www.facebook.com/EdwardvonL6ngus

Scientists Made Music Just For Cats

Posted on:

It’s always a good day when a piece of news includes music, cats and science all in one.Scientists have been hard at work solving life’s major problems and answering our deepest, most important questions. Specifically, researchers at the University of Wisconsin have been busy creating music for cats. The team created custom kitty music by laying beats that were within the same frequencies that felines use to communicate with each other. The tempo is also similar to the speed that cats purr.47 different cats had this music played to them. Success included when cats rubbed up against the speakers while ‘cat music’ played, whereas they just stood around when ‘human music’ was played. Here’s one example:The full report can be found here, as written…

#derphouse is the hashtag for you and me.

Posted on:

Ever craved a hashtag that uprooted your deepest emotion regarding EDM strugglers? Targeting some of the most infuriating attitudes and actions from the scene – it’s hard to disagree that we have a disproportionate amount of derp in the electronic community.Deemed by many as a tag which carries condescension and arrogance in spades – …
