Iggy Azalea is seemingly throwing a little shade toward her ex Playboi Carti‘s while simultaneously getting to the bag in a new ad spot.
The Australian rapper has been quite vocal about her disdain for her ex and his lack of a relationship whith their young son, Onyx. And after recently becoming the creative director and co-founder of Unreal Mobile, she used the brand’s newest commercial to have a little fun with Carti’s gothic aesthetic.
In the clip, a distressed vampire calls Iggy’s ‘Unreal Mobile Hotline’ for some help, as he’s been forced to drink ‘unreal’ blood instead of human blood. The vampire even does Carti’s infamous high-pitched baby voice and his ‘WHAT?!’ ad-lib as he learns he’s “overpaying for his mobile plan” and instead needs to just “embrace the unreal.”

Unreal Mobile is one of Iggy Azalea’s many ventures outside of music after she decided to put the mic down for good earlier this year. She’s also found great success in the crypto world – and even uses her $MOTHER token as a payment option with the phone company – and has raked in millions as the highest celebrity earner on OnlyFans.
As for her relationship with Playboi Carti – their four-year-old Onyx was born in 2020, but the two rappers split right around that time. And according to Azalea on her recent appearance on the Dinner’s On Me podcast, her ex has not stepped up in the time since.
“I’m very much a single mother,” she said. “I’m very much the only parent. No disrespect, but I am not co-parenting right now and that’s just the reality of it. It’s one, it’s 24/7.”
Late last year, Carti and Onyx appeared in a mini-documentary named Dear O, which contained home video footage capturing sweet moments between the father-son duo.
However, the short film wasn’t received well by Iggy.
In a sarcastic message posted on X the following day, the Aussie rapper took issue with Carti being portrayed as a doting daddy, writing: “Its cool how you can fit damn near every visit into just one video [white heart emoji] Talented!”
Iggy Azalea and Playboi Carti began dating in 2018 and broke up roughly two years later.
