If you know bass music, then you know Wormhole Music Group is one of the best outlets for discovering the latest and greatest bass tunes by artists with whom you may or may not be familiar. With recent, fire releases from both established and rising acts such as Gladkill, Curra, Chmura, Comisar, and Matheny & MYTHM, it’s safe to say Wormhole Music Group is an eclectic tastemaker who is adept at shining the spotlight on talent—no matter their sound nor the size of their following.

Today, Wormhole Music Group has teamed up with The Untz (name a better duo) to premiere “Source by Lowcation, a track off his forthcoming Territories EP, dropping March 22.

From the beginning of “Source,” curiosity is sparked before you’re immersed in an atmospheric soundscape full of bouncing sounds, unique textures, and a propulsive bass line. In the track, Lowcation exemplifies his keen ability to boundlessly explore sound by creating a tasteful, bass-fueled hybrid of synthetic and nature-inspired sounds.

If you’re not yet familiar with Lowcation, take a seat and lend me your ear. Lowcation, a graduate of Icon Collective College of Music, has been catching some serious heat lately as he has begun hitting his stride and making a Heavy Ripple in the bass scene. Fresh off direct support for Eazybaked and upcoming shows supporting CloZee and Axel Thesleff, rest assured you’ll be hearing a lot more about Lowcation very soon.
