Laura Escudé/Alluxe (Kanye West, Jay Z, Electronic Creatives): PBLA Masterclass

Following visits to Point Blank Los Angeles from DiViNCi, Passion Pit’s Ian Hultquist and Wade Metzler from SoundExchange, we’re really excited to be joined by Laura Escudé on Monday March 2nd. As well as being a Certified Ableton Trainer and CEO of Electronic Creatives, she’s worked with some of the biggest artists around including Kanye West, Bon Iver and Drake to name just a few. On the day, Laura will deliver a live performance and masterclass session followed by a Q&A for our PBLA students.

Ableton Certified Trainer Laura Escudé has worked with Kanye West, Bon Iver and Drake, and she’ll be delivering an exclusive masterclass at PBLA on March 2nd

Operating under the name of Alluxe, Escudé has many talents and is most certainly at the top of her game. She’s an accomplished violinist, music producer, composer, controllerist and music technologist as well as knowing Ableton Live like the back of her hand. During her illustrious career, Laura has programmed and designed shows for Jay Z, Herbie Hancock and the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, and you can hear her playing the violin on Jay Z and Kanye West’s ‘Watch The Throne’ and Hit-Boy’s ‘HitsStory’ project.

This is a very rare chance to catch Laura Escudé in Los Angeles on Monday March 2nd, and we’re delighted that Laura is taking the time out to inspire our PBLA students with an exclusive guest slot. If you want to learn from the top creators and players in music on a regular basis, check out our LA courses where you can learn Ableton Live inside out as part of the Music Production and Sound Design Certificate.
