New Year’s resolutions! Very salable topic in the last couple of weeks. Tons of people was looking for some excuses from workouts, trainings and practice sessions because of Christmas Time. More food (no too healthy) means more weight. That’s why people consider some New Year’s resolutions. When most of people had stuck in their fancy armchairs, others were in the gym or practice spot doing his thing.
Lately I found some very precise workout basically for dancers (street, b-boys etc.). We used to dance only to express our feelings but nowadays, there is more than only artistic point of view. Dance is one of the greatest workout ever (not only my opinion).
